Room was as advertised, very clean with good attention to detail. The inclusive breakfast had a wide variety of choices so there was something for everybody. Staff service was amazing, James Gao Xu went above and beyond what was expected. He even helped with finding flight information and coming to the airport (5 minute walk) to help pickup a family member and carry our luggage. Highly recommend the hotel and staff, especially as it is so close to the airport. Will definitely be staying again.

Everything is nice and tidy, this really feels like a homestay rather than an impersonal hotel. The manager speaks the best English I got to hear in China in my few weeks there, knows everything about Beijing and can arrange anything you'd need. The location perfect, within walking distance from the main Beijing tourist attractions. There are two things to take note of: - The location on Google Maps is incorrect. Booking.com and openstreemaps have the correct location. - The wooden walls open to the courtyard and there is not much noise protection between the public space and your room. I would not go there with a toddler, and you should also stay quiet at late hours in the courtyard itself.

Nosotros íbamos con niños y tuvieron detalles fantásticos como dejarnos pasar a una de las habitaciones para que ellos pudieran acostarse ya que era tarde mientras yo hacía el check in tranquilamente. Los desayunos son espectaculares y el personal, servicial. Destaco también el restaurante chino, es excepcional
